The Pastoral Residency is an immersive leadership experience for those discerning a call to pastoral ministry.

Residents receive hands-on ministry experience, theological and pastoral development, mentorship, and opportunities to serve alongside experienced leaders. The goal is to prepare the next generation of pastors to faithfully shepherd people, build healthy churches, and advance the Kingdom of God.
