We launched New Life's Leadership Cohort—a 1-year leadership development journey designed to equip emerging leaders with hands-on experience, intentional training, and personal coaching as they grow in their calling. Through serving on teams at our locations and across ministry departments, participants develop real-world leadership skills while discerning their future in ministry. Each placement is prayerfully determined based on experience, team chemistry, and ministry goals.
