Executive Pastor - All Church
The Executive Pastor (or Director) assists the Lead Pastor in providing leadership and overall direction of the church including organizational leadership of day-to-day operations, strategy, and implementation of the church vision.
Youth Director - All Church
The Youth Director (or Pastor) will cast a vision for discipleship among middle school and high school youth across all New Life locations. The mission of the program is to develop and nurture the Christian faith, values, and spirituality of students across the Chicagoland Area. The Youth Director (or Pastor) is an advocate to ensure that the family of God is working together to make disciples of the next generation.
Communications Manager - Central Services
The Communications Manager will assist the Director of Communications in planning, producing, and promoting all media, communications, and events for New Life Community Church.
IT Support Specialist - Central Services
The IT Support Specialist is responsible for supporting New Life computing operations and procedures for all locations. The Specialist will partner with New Life management and our outside vendor to align technology information with strategic direction.
Executive Pastor - Midway
The Executive Pastor (or Director) assists the Lead Pastor in providing leadership and overall direction of the church staff, leading all functional areas in the accomplishment of the church's mission at the Midway location.
Music Director - Midway
The Music Director assists the Worship Director in cultivating a life giving, passionate and skillful culture of worship at New Life through the spiritual and musical leadership of the band.
Technical Director - Midway/All Church
The Technical Director will support the mission of New Life Community Church at Midway with oversight and coordination of all aspects of the technical ministry for audio, lighting, and video; as well as provide oversight for All-Church events and location needs. The goal is to ensure that Midway, as well as all locations, and all events utilize technology efficiently, effectively, and strategically to enhance the experience of those attending.
Location Pastor
The role of the Location Pastor is to work in harmony with the New Life leadership, have a firm grasp on the purpose, values, and strategy of the church, and align leadership teams with its mission. The Location Pastor will offer pastoral leadership and care to the congregation, drive discipleship, inspiration, teaching and outreach efforts, and cast a clear vision for the church’s spiritual health, growth, and multiplication.
Pastoral Residency
The Pastoral Residency is a one-year, part-time, paid position designed to provide entry-level residents with practical experience in pastoral ministry. Residents gain an inside look into church ministry, having the opportunity to be discipled by the pastoral team to foster continued spiritual growth. Residents shadow the pastoral team throughout a variety of pastoral responsibilities and are given ownership of a variety of projects and ministry roles to gain experience and prepare for a life of ministry.
Pastoral Intern or Associate Pastor - Elgin
This role is for an individual or couple who will mobilize our congregation to become a family of disciple-makers. This person is a humble learner, able to develop cross-cultural relationships, and also an effective teacher, able to equip our congregation with action steps to minister to the needs of our community. The intern or associate must be mature in Christ, a core member of our congregation, faithful in fellowship, involved in small groups, mentoring others, ministering according to giftedness, and committed to investing in God’s work here for at least two years.
Worship Director - Oak Lawn
The Music Ministry Director is responsible to provide God-Centered, Christ-exalting music that ministers to the church body and is performed with excellence: and to provide direction, oversight, and coordination of musical, artistic, and technical elements of worship services.
