The Director of IT is responsible for the overall planning, organizing, and execution of all IT functions at New Life. The Director of IT partners with the New Life management team to align technology information with strategic direction. This includes directing all IT operations to meet customer requirements as well as the support and maintenance of existing applications and the development of new technical solutions.
The Office Manager is a communication hub and support person to the staff, church members, and community residents at the New Life West Lakeview location. This individual is responsible for coordinating the operation of the New Life West Lakeview church building as a valuable community resource.
The Technical Director will support the mission of New Life Community Church by overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the technical ministry in regards to audio, lighting, and video. The Technical Director’s goal is to ensure that Midway services, events, and ministries are able to utilize technology efficiently, effectively, and strategically in order to enhance the experience of those attending.
The Technical Director is responsible for setting the spiritual tone for the technical ministry. Volunteers must be spiritually prepared in addition to technically prepared for their role in this ministry. Technical team members will be required to take an attitude of ownership and responsibility, which must first be demonstrated by the Technical Director. Positive, humble, cooperative, and willing attitudes are essential.
Building Support & Maintenance is responsible for the appearance, cleanliness, maintenance, security, and successful space sharing of the building and grounds of New Life Community Church at the Midway location.
The Music Ministry Director is responsible to provide God-centered, Christ-exalting music that ministers to the church body and is performed with excellence;
and to provide direction, oversight, and coordination of musical, artistic and technical elements of worship services.
