Watch your life and doctrine closely. Persevere in them, because if you do, you will save both yourself and your hearers.&#8221; (1Timothy 4:7-16)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong> SHEPHERD My People (weekly)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>This is done before and after your weekly meeting. &#8220;Be shepherds of God&#8217;s flock that is under your care, serving as overseers-not because you must, but because you are willing, as God wants you to be; not greedy for money, but eager to serve.&#8221; (1Peter 5:2-3)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong> MEET With My Group (weekly)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>This is done during your weekly meeting. &#8220;You know that I have not hesitated to preach anything that would be helpful to you but have taught you publicly and from house to house.&#8221; (Acts 20:20)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong> MOBILIZE Them to Maturity (seasonally)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>This is done throughout the semester. &#8220;&#8230;prepare God&#8217;s people for works of service so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.&#8221; (Ephesians 4:12-13)<\/p>\n<h2><button id=\"fl-accordion--button-2\" aria-controls=\"fl-accordion--content-2\" aria-expanded=\"false\" type=\"button\">Group Discussion<i data-label-icon=\"fas fa-plus\" data-active-icon=\"fas fa-minus\">Expandir<\/i><\/button><\/h2><p>Go around the table and introduce yourself &#8211; your name, location, and how many years you&#8217;ve been leading a group.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>What stood out to you most from the keynote message?<\/li>\n<li>Train: Read 1 Timothy 3:1-7.
