Please contact your student&#8217;s Youth Leader for specific pick-up and drop-off times and locations.\u00a0<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<strong>Where will students sleep?<\/strong><br \/>\nDorm style rooms\n<hr \/>\n<strong>Will there be adult supervision at all times?<\/strong><br \/>\nYes. Students will be supervised by volunteer leaders throughout the weekend.\n<hr \/>\n<p>\u00a0<b>What if my student has a food allergy or medical need?\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0Please list all allergies, medical conditions, dietary restrictions, and required medications on the registration form. Our team will review this information carefully to ensure your student is well cared for during camp.\u00a0<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<strong>What will my student do at camp?<\/strong><br \/>\nPlease see our schedule for activities and details.\n<hr \/>\n<p>\u00a0<b>Will there be medical staff at camp?\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Yes! We have two registered nurses on-site throughout the weekend to care for any medical needs that may arise.\u00a0<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<strong>What if my student has special needs?<\/strong><br \/>\nOur hope is that all students have a true sense of belonging within our ONEYTH community and are able to attend camp. In order to best ensure the safety and fun of all our camp participants, we are asking parents to find a buddy for their student. A buddy is someone who will provide necessary assistance, in order for your student to attend camp. Our heart is for your student, with a desire that they have a safe, fun, and enhanced experience over the weekend.\n<hr \/>\n<strong>How do I get merch for my student?<\/strong><br \/>\nWe will have merch available at the camp. Please send your student with money to be able to purchase there. Some items will be available for pre-order online.\n<hr \/>\n<strong>What should my student pack for camp?<\/strong><br \/>\nPlease see list of what to bring.\n<hr \/>\n<strong>Who do I contact if there&#8217;s an emergency at home?<\/strong><br \/>\nBefore the camp, ensure that you have your child&#8217;s location leader contact information to be able to connect if needed.\n<hr \/>\n<strong>I&#8217;m interested in donating to help other students attend camp, is there a way for me to do so?<\/strong><br \/>\nYes! https:\/\/newlifecommunity.church\/give\/ Choose your location, click Give one time, and select Youth Retreat Scholarships.\n<hr \/>\n<p>\u00a0<b>Will my student have access to their phone during camp?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>We strongly discourage phone use during camp so students can fully engage, build meaningful relationships, and be present in what God is doing. If you need to reach your student, you can always contact their Youth Leader.\u00a0<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>\u00a0<b>What are the sleeping arrangements?\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Students will stay in cabins separated by gender. Each cabin will have at least two adult leaders.\u00a0<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><b>Who are the leaders and are they background-checked?\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p>All leaders are carefully selected, trained, and background-checked.
