Overview
New Life’s Leader Track experiences is are development programs designed to offer hands-on experience, training, personal mentoring, and coaching to emerging leaders preparing for a lifetime of vocational ministry. Aspiring leaders gain experience by serving as part of the team at one of our locations or in one of the ministry departments at New Life. The location or department in which a Leader Track participant serves is determined based on the applicant’s experience, team chemistry, and desired ministry future.
