What is the pastoral residency?
The Pastoral Residency is a one-year, part-time (20 hours), paid position designed to provide residents with practical experience in pastoral ministry. Residents gain an inside look into church ministry, having the opportunity to be discipled by the pastoral team to foster continued spiritual growth. Residents shadow the pastoral team throughout a variety of pastoral responsibilities and are given ownership of a variety of projects and ministry roles to gain experience and prepare for a life of ministry.
Expectations for the pastoral resident
