Session 1
- Have you ever told someone about your faith? How did that go?
- How do you feel when you think about sharing your faith with others?
- What is something about the gospel that you think is really good news that’s worth sharing? What is something about the gospel that you think would resonate with your friends?
- What is a good way to explain the good news in a simple way?
- Did anyone hear something about the gospel today they never heard before? Why did that stand out to you?
- Write down the name of someone in your life who doesn’t know Jesus and pray for an opportunity to tell them the good news. Would you be willing to share who it is? What could it look like for you to tell them the good news?
Session 2
- How does your life SHOW Jesus or HIDE Jesus?
- What needs to change in your life so that you are SALT and LIGHT for Jesus?
- How is Bold Prayers different than prayer as you’ve known it?
- What Bold Prayers are you starting to pray?
- What is the difference between counting conversations and counting conversions? Does the difference encourage or discourage you? Why?
- Partner with one other person in the room and set a timer for 2 minutes. Share Jesus and your story with the other person in only 2 minutes (you have to stop on the timer). Set the timer again and switch. Talk as a group about what came easy and what was difficult.
