Through three intentional pathways—Local Lab, Leadership Cohort, and Pastoral Residency. Leaders are given opportunities to learn, serve, grow, and lead at every stage of their journey.

Executive Pastor
Dan Leverence
Dan Leverence serves as the Executive Pastor at New Life Community Church and brings more than 20 years of experience in organizational leadership, ministry operations, and creative direction. He is passionate about developing leaders, building healthy teams, and helping people recognize and step into their God-given potential.
As a facilitator of the Leadership Cohort, Dan helps equip and develop emerging leaders through practical teaching, intentional mentorship, and real-world leadership experience.
Lead pastor
Josiah Jobe
Josiah serves as the Lead Pastor of New Life Community Church and Location Pastor of New Life Midway. He graduated from Moody Bible Institute with a degree in Biblical Studies and is passionate about discipleship, communicating truth to the next generation, and raising up young leaders to be agents of change.
As a facilitator of the Pastoral Residency, Josiah helps equip and develop emerging pastors through biblical teaching, intentional mentorship, and hands-on ministry experience.
